RENTAL AGREEMENT / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

THE IW RENTALS BOUNCER MUST NEVER BE OPERATED WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. THE FOLLOWING RULES MUST BE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ADHERED TO DURING THE OPERATION OF THE IW RENTALS BOUNCER. LESSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE.

1. The unit must be attended by responsible adult at all times when in use.

2. Keep spectators off and away from the unit at all times.

3. The unit must be fully inflated while in use. The blower must run continuously. All air release vents must be kept closed by ties and/or velcro closures during operation.

4. If the air pressure seems low, determine if the air inflation tube is straight without bends, and securely tied around the neck of the blower. An occasional check for this condition will help prevent problems.

5. If the unit begins to deflate, discontinue use immediately. After removing the participants, check to see if the blower is running. If not, check electrical connections and outlet breaker. If the blower is running and the unit is deflated, check the air release vents to be sure they are all closed and that there is no obstruction to the air intake tube.

6. The attendant must assure that only the specified number of participants at a time are allowed in the bouncer.

7. The participants must be made aware that the bouncer is physically challenging and should not be attempted by anyone with health impairments such as: Heart Diseases; High Blood Pressure; Back, Neck or other Bone or Joint Problems; Pregnancy; or other conditions that might cause problems when physically challenged.

8. Participants must be made aware of the rules for use of the unit:

* DO NOT ENTER UNIT WITHOUT ATTENDANT PRESENT.

* REMOVE SHOES, EYEGLASSES AND SHARP OBJECTS BEFORE ENTERING.

* NO FLIPS, WRESTLING OR CLIMBING WALLS OF BOUNCER.

* NO FOOD, DRINKS, OR GUM.

* DO NOT BOUNCE AGAINST SIDES OR NEAR DOORWAY.

* NO CONFETTI OR SILLY STRING!

(Minimum $350.00 cleaning fee)

(Both Silly String and Confetti products have chemicals that can permanently damage vinyl material)

9. If the unit is set up outside and sudden severe weather or high winds occur, remove participants immediately and deflate the unit.

AGE GROUP:
UNDER 8 YEARS: 8 Bouncers

BETWEEN 9-12 : 6 Bouncers
